The last few days have been really rough for me. I think I must have slept wrong or something, maybe my head was hanging off the side of the bed, who knows? In any event, the kind of stiffness and pain ensued to make my life miserable for 4 days. When people addressed me at work, instead of turning my head to look at them, I’d have to rotate my whole body. I’m sure I looked quite foolish!
This has happened to me at least a few times that I can remember and people that I talk with seem to be able to relate to the phenomenon. How about anyone else… can you relate?
I can relate for sure! I had a few days of suffering lately myself. I finally went to the chiropractor and walked out feeling 100% better. Do you think that might help you?

Well tasha, my neck is feeling much better as of now. Of course, it took several days but I can’t say that I’ve ever even been to a Chiropractor to know whether or not it would help. If I remember correctly… Barb, (Xerraire) visited one regularly and spoke fondly of her treatments.
I’m wondering if insurance even covers Chiropractic care. Anyone know?
Poor Mike! I think we all suffer from this “pain in the neck” on occasion. It feels as though someone put a rod of steel down your spine and you simply can’t turn your head without it hurting like the blazes.
I’m telling you old man, it’s time for the Ben-Gay!

Insurance does cover it.

I finally got that massage Barb. Only problem is that she used some kind of version of menthol rub from that company she’s been peddling. I don’t wish to repeat the experience!
