A Letter To the President

Filed under: Political — Night Owl @ 11:57 am

Marv The MartianHere’s a letter Wendy received that’s making the rounds in email. It brings up the very valid point as to the priorities of our Government. Are we looking out for our own?

Dear President Bush:

I’m about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I’m going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.

I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I’m sure they handle those things the same way you do here.

So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I’m on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. All government forms need to be printed in English.

4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.

5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.

7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver’s license so I can get easy access to government services.

9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won’t make any effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and don’t enforce any labor or tax laws.

13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won’t mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail hunting with your V.P.

Thank you so much for your kind help.

Sincerely,

“A Concerned Citizen”

  2. Senior~

Me and my peoples have no problem entering America. In fact, we were greeted with an American smile as we crossed the border. We do not believe in your so called green cards. Are you joking me? We are enjoying our freedom thanks to you Americans by supplying everything for free. In Mexico, we do not have this priveledge.

  3. The letter was well written. Send all the wet backs back to Mexico where they belong!!! And other Countries!! Legal or not!! They need to start rounding up every forginer and sending them to Irac (and where ever Bush decides to make another mess) and send our boys home. Let them stay there for 5 years or more if they want to live in the US. Bush and Cheeny need to go along also!

  4. Dear US President Bush,

Do you actually think you have the authority to have American peoples come into my country (Mexico) and request my President to abide by these outragious requests like the ones talked about in the above message? You have to be f**king stupid to think you can do these things. My country will NEVER allow you American peoples to enjoy the life and freedom living in Mexico like I have here living in the US. My country will NEVER allow you to have anything for free like it is here in US. My country hates American peoples coming to Mexico. The US loves Mexican peoples to come here and take away your American jobs for less pay and no taxes cut! American peoples! Stay away from my country!
President Bush, you can kiss my Mexican burrito and stick this taco up your a**!

  5. They must all be an ignorant un-educated bunch of wet back Mexicans. The United States people dislikes all the Wet Back Mexicans and wish they would carry their dirty stinken asses back to Mexico where they all belong! Bush is the only one in the US that likes them and only because they are the only ones stupid enough to vote for him in the first place. He needs friends and support because the US people will not give it to him, so he turns to all the wet backs and other illegials. You ignorant pea brains are the only hope he has.

  7. Nick, We are all pretty much “Mixed Breeds” here in America. Most everyone carries a tradition of a proud heritage with them here whether it be Mexican, Italian, Irish, German, Russian, etc..

Again, nobody is suggesting that we remove all foreigners, there would be just a few people left if that were the case. What we want, is to have all people who are not American Citizens either start down the path to becoming one and if not, then they should leave. We are tired of having people sneak into the country and partake of our prosperity without doing their fair share to sustain it!
