One of the rewards of raising children is what I call “Parents Privilege”. By this, I mean that over the years, occasionally I’ll get a pix such as the one here. When this happens, I tuck them away in a neat little file on my computer for future use. I can hardly wait for the opportunity to sit down with my future daughter-in-laws and present the “Goods”. I have a photo of Christopher, my oldest. His hair is black with a wide white stripe down the middle. The boy looks for all the world like a skunk. The fun comes when Chris starts to lecture HIS children about their appearance. All I have to do is to threaten to show them this photo and Chris stops the lecture. The pen may be mightier then the sword, but the camera rules!

My mother whipped out the Family Album within weeks of meeting Wendy and I had to endure that trauma so I feel well within my rights to do that same!

I am sure you were a cutie, Mike. Just as your son is here.
Nice looking costume!

Cute Michael. You may be able to get a few bucks out of this deal. It’s called “BLACKMAIL”. Your future looks very secure.

Your son is SO CUTE! You have to applaud him for going all out! The ‘hair-do’ tells me he is a very brave boy, I dont think my son would do that, he is so vain, (kinda’ like his Mom). I hope that kid is smart enough to get some good ‘pics’ of daddy to protect himself! HEEHEE….That’s what I’d do! Does he have a blog? I’d love to give him some ideas!………..I missed you guys, just love the blog!………tasha

He was all “with it” until all the family around him started to heckle and jeer, then his mood suddenly changed… hence the fact that I was only able to get one photograph of which denoted a “sour-puss” expression on his face!
